Avast, ye matey…
Afore I be forgettin’, it’s International Talk Like a Pirate Day, so, go forth and hug a Pirate. Just be careful not to get stuck on his hook.
A journey into the wilderness of authorhood

I’d be more apt to hug a pirate like Captain Jack Sparrow. *g*

My timbers are shivering!
Wait, no, that doesn’t sound right…I need to practice this talk like a pirate thing.

Crystal,
You’re just naturally naughty, aren’t you?

I vaguely remember celebrating this day last year. Only you would know this.

Bryan,
Invariably.
Oh! And I’m unrepentant, too.

Are you waiting for two months to pass before you post again? Poor October, what did it ever do to you? Are Mallory and Gabby engaged in a battle for dominance? That must be interesting for you.

Hey, Bryyy–aaannn–
Is that an echo?
Heard you took some excellent photos. Nice.
Now. Mallory.
How about in mid-January? Life should be back to semi-normal by then.

Bryan didn’t want you to feel left out. The CBs went carolling tonight and I am a little stuffed from all the virtual cookies, hot chocolate and booze but here goes.
I wish you a Merry Christmas
I wish you a Merry Christmas
I wish you a Merry Christmas
And a Happy New Year.
Merry Christmas Bryan. Please pass this on to Cathy, Mike, Patrick and Katy.

Jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the way. Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh-ay.
Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.
Merry Christmas Bryan and a Happy New Year too

Frosty the Snowman
Was a jolly happy soul
With a corncob pipe and a button nose
And two eyes made out of coal
Frosty the Snowman
Is a fairytale they say
He was made of snow
But the children know
How he came to life one day
There must have been some magic
In that old silk hat they found
For when they placed it on his head
He began to dance around
Frosty the Snowman
Was alive as he could be
And the children say
He could laugh and play
Just the same as you and me
Frosty the Snowman
Knew the sun was hot that day
So he said let’s run
And we’ll have some fun
Now before I melt away
Down to the village
With a broomstick in his hand
Running here and there all around the square
Saying catch me if you can
He led them down the streets of town
Right to the traffic cop
And he only paused a moment when
He heard him holler stop
Frosty the Snowman
Had to hurry on his way
But he waved goodbye
Saying don’t you cry
I’ll be back again some day
Thumpety thump thump
Thumpety thump thump
Look at Frosty go
Thumpety thump thump
Thumpety thump thump
Over the hills of snow

Away in a manger…
O little town of Bethlehem…
Joy to the world,
the King is born…
Drat, Ltl gathered the songbooks and I can’t remember anything past the first line. Oh well,it’s the thought that counts, right?
How was the Christmas pizza? I hope it was a great day.
